Design a retail plywood and architectural hardware showroom
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I'm looking for a building architect with atleast 2-3 years of experience in building a plywood and architectural hardware retail showroom.
I'm looking for :
1) complete layout of the entire showroom (2d and realistic 3d)
2) structural columns and beams in the drawings
3) complete interior designing (2d and realistic 3d)
4) All drawings
5) a small video (if possible)
6) some visits to the site (if possible)
In short, i'll be needing every detail of building the showroom from the scratch till the final product.

The dimensions of my plot is 30ft x 107ft (approx. 3000 sqft.)

You will be involved in the project till it is complete which might take around 1-2 years.
PS - Prior experience in building a plywood showroom is a must.
