Design a restaurant interior

I am looking for a designer to help bring my vision for a modern restaurant interior to life. The overall look I'm aiming for should be Industrial chic.
Please take in consideration the following:
- 2 toilets for men guest
- 2 toilets for woman guest
- 1 toilets for men staff
- 1 toilets for woman staff
- Kitchen serving 50 guest
- bar for the guest
- seating for 50 guests
- chimney in main guest room
- entrance with wardrobe for the guest

- Toilets and kitchen drain needs to be in the area of water and drain access.
- chimney only on outside walls
