Design a layout for my Organic food store and cafe

The shop is 10 feet x 70 feet, There is a rest room at the back. The shop will have a small kitchen for ready to serve meals where a deck oven, bread proofer, orbital mixer, kitchen stove about 200 sqft in all. seating for 12. There should be racks for the farm produce, and product shelves, which will carry stuff from live saplings, herbs, seasonal fruits and vegetables from organic farms and products from local artisans , artists, craftsman and food processing industry. We are also have a lot of fermented beverages on the tap like Ginger Ale, Kombucha, Tamarindo, root beer and non alchoholic beer. Barista Coffee and tea selections.
