Design for a villa outside and inside decorative

Hi! I am looking for someone to design the outside and inside of a villa. The theme I am looking for is a traditional one, so whoever I pick will have to have experience in that. I don't have any specifics for the color palette, it can be as creative as the designer desires, though achromatic is not allowed. This is a large project and will require a lot of work, so I am looking for someone with plenty of experience. Thank you!
