Design a Terrace Garden for my aparment

looking for a designer who would be able to connect with our idea of an common terrace for our apartment complex of 5 units
we are looking for an open terrace which would have dedicated gym and cooking place, where we can move the gym equipment and convert it into a part hall of such kind.
