Design Luxurious Modern Traditional Food Court

I need an architect who is proficient in designing food courts that exude a sense of luxury and modernity. They should be able to incorporate traditional architectural elements while still keeping a feel of opulence.
Key attributes and requirements include:
- Flexible designs: our food court may vary between one and three floors, so it's paramount that your plans can accommodate this potential variability.
- Cater for a large number of food stalls: The court should be able to house more than 30 stalls, hence capacity should not be compromised.
Ideal skills:
Expertise in modern and traditional architectural styles, experience in designing large, high-end food courts, and flexibility in catering to change.
Experience in creating designs that can be modified to fit varying number of floors will be an added advantage.
