Design Ladies’ Home Yoga Studio
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m putting together a small, home-like gym exclusively for women, and the entire space will revolve around a dedicated Yoga / Pilates area—no treadmills or heavy weight stations, just a serene corner for mats, props, and mindful movement.
Here’s what I need from you: a clear concept that translates my vision into an actionable plan. That includes a simple floor-plan showing traffic flow and mat orientation, mood-boards for lighting, colour, and finishes, and a concise shopping list of essential Yoga / Pilates props and compact storage solutions. Because I haven’t locked in a single “look and feel” yet, I’m open to your creative proposals on atmosphere—whether you lean tranquil spa, airy boho, or something entirely different, surprise me with options and explain how each supports focus and comfort for female users.
To keep the process smooth, please provide:
• A scaled layout (PDF or DWG) suited to a small-to-medium room.
• Two contrasting visual concepts with reference images and colour palettes.
• An itemised list of props, storage units, mirrors, and recommended lighting fixtures, linked to readily available suppliers.
• A short write-up (max one page) on how your design fosters an inviting, women-centric environment.
If you can render a quick 3D mock-up or SketchUp model, that would be a bonus but is not mandatory. Let me know your estimated timeframe and any information you’ll need about room dimensions or photos. I look forward to collaborating and bringing this calming ladies’ studio to life.
