Design House - 7.5m x 20m Twin house
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a piece of land 15m x 20m. I would like to split it into 2 town houses with size of 7.5m x 20m each. I need two story house with minimum 3 bed rooms. I also expect living room, kitchen/pantry and service area. Total area around 70-100m2. It will be built in Indonesia, tropical country with high rain intensity. But we like to see any European style / looks.
I want unique full of light houses design. Facade with combination European / Tropical Asian looks is expected. Creativity is highly appreciated here. I want to see something different than what it is there in the market already. I want to sell those houses.
Facade design with good rendering plus floor plan are something I look at this stage. Sketchup 3D is anticipated.
