Design Gig for Commercial Space

Looking for talented experienced interior designer ,to work on a start up business fitout , space is completely bare and was previously used as an office space , brick walls, suspended ceiling ,concrete floor, mostly solid walls and large outdoor area which may be used also ,the area has the potential to be a landmark in the industry it operates in , potentially needing staged approach for the fitout of a bespoke car / art gallery showroom with paddock club, finished material color schemes to compliment to the business ethos , approx 600m2 , would need to work alongside branding specialist to complement to the look and feel.

DELIVERABLES (FOR TENDER)

Plans - All applicable plans for client review & Tender Issue
- General Arrangement | Finishes | RCP -Elevations - Significant Only (Internal amd external)
- Interior Materials Schedule Interior FF&E -Schedule Final Finishes Boards (Physical or Electronic)
-Updated 3D Renders (to reflect package)

TIME FRAME • 10 -15 days

Site visits would be preferred , location is in Sydney , 20 min out of the CBD
