Design of a Family Hall

I need an expert to provide me with an interior design of my Family Hall (TV and sitting area), Clean Kitchen/Coffee Corner, Roof Garden and Playground. The interior design need to be with minimum changes of my home current construction because the walls, floor and ceiling are already built. My budget is moderate so I would love a simple but beautiful design. The used decoration in design shall be easily founded in local market and constructed without complications.

My wife and I love decoration with wood and modern style. We live in Saudi Arabia BTW.

Details of our requirements could be discussed after we contract with a designer.
