Desiging a Summerhouse in a Tunisian/Greek Style

I am looking for someone who is willing to design 3000 Square meters of land (50m X 60m) in a Tunisian/Greek style.

The design should include the following:
- Main house (Clean Kitchen - Living Room - 3/4 Bedrooms - 3/4 Bathrooms)
- Guest house (A place where we can host guests and can be used for sleepovers and dining)
- Watcher's house (a small building that had a bedroom, small kitchen, and bathroom for the house watcher)
- Dirty Kitchen and Service rooms (an external building that has a dirty kitchen and a bedroom for 2 servers)

Landscape needs:

- a small football/volleyball area
- Small playground near the main house
- Greenhouse
- If we could have an open channel that looks like a small river all over the land
- Swimming pool (planning to have a swimming pool that can get transformed into an outside seating area in case we don't use it)
- Chicken house in one of the corners

Restrictions:
- Only 300 sqm is allowed to
be built on the edges
- Only 200 sqm is allowed to be built inside
- Max 1 floor/building
