Deli small kitchen design

I am in need of an experienced freelancer to design a small deli kitchen of 400 sq ft. It will mainly be used for cooking and preparing hot foods, but I am open to all creative ideas and suggestions as to what would best suit my culinary needs. I am looking for a stylish design that is efficient and easy to use and offers a pleasant working environment. The design should also be both safe and efficient, while making the best use of a small space. My preference is for a modern look with efficient use of space and light, however any unique designs incorporating custom fixtures and appliances would also be considered. This project requires a good understanding of kitchen layout, appliances, and industry standards.
