Conceptual Renderings for Campus Facility Spaces
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I am seeking an experienced artist to develop 5-7 renderings based on the existing images of various spaces in a newly purchased property, including a cafeteria, classroom, library, welcome center, student center, and a conference space.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Advanced knowledge in creating high-quality realistic and illustrative renderings
- Experience in architectural design as you may have to utilize and manipulate pictures of real-world scenes
- Expertise in spatial design, interior decorating or equivalent is an advantage as we require furniture upgrades, layout changes, and decor additions
Project Goals:
- Incorporate a design that blends both realistic and illustrative styles
- Produce spatial modifications for each area and reflect these changes in the renderings
- Evolve the furniture and decor for a contemporary aesthetically pleasing appeal
