Comprehensive Modern Interior & Landscape Design
Budget: $300 – $1,000 AUD
I'm seeking a talented Interior Designer and Landscape Architect for a full renovation of my house, both inside and out. The desired design aesthetic is modern, so experience and a portfolio reflecting this style is crucial.
My House as built and never finished how I wanted, I have a pinterest guide but im pen to ideas, Id like to design a laundry, repaint the interior, design wardrobes and storage areas, pick colour palette for walls inside and furniture to tie together, this is a coastal Australian beach house.
There is also a granny flat and garage to expand into a two bedroom unit with its own private garden and car park space
I will provide photos and the plans to the correct candidate, you will look at the entire place and suggest an improved layout for all areas and cohesive design that will work throughout the home, you will not need an idea of the plants for the garden but will provide the layout for a patio that i would like to build that i will explain
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform the entire house (living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, etc.) with a cohesive modern interior design
- Landscape the front yard, backyard, and side yard in line with the modern theme
Ideal Candidate Skills:
- Proven experience in modern interior design
- Extensive portfolio of landscape design
- Excellent understanding of spatial planning and aesthetics
- Strong communication skills for discussing ideas and updates
