Comprehensive Architect Services for Residential Project

I'm seeking an architect with extensive experience in Revit and strong rendering skills to help with a comprehensive residential design project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project through all phases of architectural services: Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), Construction Documents (CD), and Construction Administration (CA).
- Design all aspects of the project, including the exterior, interior, and landscape.
- Create high-quality renderings to help visualize the design.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Revit with a strong portfolio in residential design.
- Exceptional skills in exterior, interior, and landscape design.
- Strong rendering skills, including experience with MNML or other AI.
- Experience in all phases of architectural services, with a particular focus on Construction Administration.
- Able to provide clarifying sketches as needed.
