Complete Home Redecoration

I’m looking to give my entire house a fresh, durable new look. The property includes a living room, kitchen-diner, hallway, WC, staircase and landing, three bedrooms, a main bathroom and an en-suite. Overall, the walls and ceilings are in mixed condition—some spots show only light wear while others have cracks, failed tape joints or water stains—so every surface will need careful preparation first.

Ceilings will be patched where necessary and finished with two solid coats of ultra-white emulsion. All walls must receive at least two coats of a neutral, hard-wearing emulsion after spot priming the repairs. In the bathroom and en-suite, I want an anti-mould system such as Perma-White for long-term protection.

Woodwork (skirtings, architraves, doors, banisters) needs a light sand to key, followed by the full Aquaguard system: up to two primer/under-coats and a final satin top-coat.

Please supply all labour, fillers and sundries, protect floors and furnishings, and leave a clean site each day. Include realistic prep time in your quote, outline your proposed schedule, and share photos of comparable whole-house redecorations you’ve completed. I’m easy on textures—smooth or subtle—as long as the final finish looks crisp and consistent.
