I'm looking for an innovative architect to design a compact apartment complex on my 200 square yard plot in Hyderabad, Uppar Palli area. The intent is to create less than 5 apartments- First 4 floors for renting out, Top floor and penthouse combined for duplex for personal residence. Rental floors should be 3BHK, Duplex should be 6 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom, Kitchen and hall. Emphasis should be on efficiently utilizing the space on each floor without compromising the ventilation . Ideal candidates should have experience in architectural design and space planning for residential complexes. It’s vital that you have successful experience in creating well-structured multifamily housing units without sacrificing aesthetics.
