Commercial Space Design and Renovation
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 CAD
I'm looking to redesign a 1500 sq ft, 60-year-old retail space to accommodate a health services facility. This will include consultation/clinic rooms and therapy rooms. The space needs to be brought up to code and also designed to include some additional rooms.
Key Requirements:
- Interior design experience, preferably for a health services setting
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience with commercial space renovations
The ideal freelancer for this project will have a strong background in commercial interior design, with a portfolio demonstrating previous work on healthcare facilities. They should be well-versed in current building codes and able to ensure the space is up to standard.
