Colourful Interior Decoration Apartment

Ive just bought a 1 bedroom apartment and would like to get the right idea and vision from the start and to make money-wise decisions with the painting and furnishing

I'd like to engage your services for helping me: 

1. define a vision for the colours to use on the different walls / trims / skirting throughout the apartment 

2. define on the type of furniture to buy for the living room

3. decide on how to do the shelving in the kitchen

4. define layout of bed, wall colour and exposed wardrobe ideas for the bedroom.

5. decide what type of rugs are needed


I'd like the finished look to be "colourful african chic".
