Carport and one bedroom

Need an 18 x 22 small home with attached front carport adding additional 21 foot. The images attached. The front image you will see image we like. The 2nd image shows the one with 3 glass doors as our entrance and then the floorplan we are thinking. Already have septic tank file in for preview and permit next week. Have builder. Need exterior walls of hardy board. Interior shiplap front and sheet rock bedroom. Floor plan attached is fine. Bath must show shower toilet and sink. Kitchen will be small with ref and convection microwave and dish. Wired for oven but not one for now. Fan in bedroom and front. Lights will be can lights. Closet somewhere
Using electric for all. Tankless water heater must be somewhere inside. Also a stack washer and dryer. Handicap accessible and one door on rear to put a small deck 6 feet by 18. Shingle or metal roof.
