Build me a cageless boarding for dogs

Hi i have a space of two floors 1200 square feet each its a commercial place. It includes a cellar and two rooms and a big hall and those two rooms are basically one small and other one is a big. the hall is entire 1100 ft.² I am looking to build a cageless Boarding facility for dogs. I am looking for an immediate joiner. I have a tight deadline for this project and can’t compromise on timeline.
