Bedroom & Bathroom Functionality Overhaul

Currently, my bedroom and bathroom feel quite outdated, so I'm seeking a thorough renovation with the goal of improving functionality. The scope of work will be two-fold:
• Layout Redesign: The existing room configurations are not optimally utilized. I need an expert who can envision a more efficient layout, crafting a coherent plan that maximizes the functionality of both spaces.
•Feature Addition: Not only is a spatial redesign involved, but I'm also eager to incorporate new features. This could range from modern fixtures in the bathroom to innovative storage solutions in the bedroom.
Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in residential renovations, specifically bathrooms and bedrooms. Mastery in space planning is a must, as well as a keen eye for incorporating new features in an existing space.
