Bathroom redesign

We have a small, full bathroom that is really outdated. The layout could also be better and flow better. Out style is generally contemporary. Since we are planning to sell the house, we would like to keep to a budget focused on bang-for-the-buck that gives an upscale look without needing for lifetime quality.
