Local job - Naples FL. A master bath remodel. Successful designer will have proven organizational and aesthetic design idea skills along with extensive experience with scoping, analyzing, creation and delivery of layout plans to remodeling industry standards. Final Project Deliverables will include a concise floor plan layout w call-outs, including mechanicals, suitable for permit filing. In addition to floor plan, a minimum set of 5 elevations to include: vanity sink wall, shower wall, water-closet wall and both walk-in closets. The project includes new lighting, mirrors and cabinetry design, toilet and shower repositioning and surface materials, all of which shall require mechanical location detail in the drawings.
The project will require at least one site visit to make and obtain measurements and to provide relevant design consultation. Date and time TBD to accommodate the designers schedule. The site visit shall be the Start Date.
Project Calendar: Acceptance Date. Initial Site Visit. Delivery of First Draft of Floor Plan Layout. Delivery of Second Draft of Floor Plan Layout along with Initial Draft of All Elevations. Delivery of Final Project Deliverables. The work anticipates and includes design modifications and changes to accommodate our edit requirements to draft submissions.
Milestones and Releases: Initial Visit. (10%). Delivery and Acceptance of First Draft of Layout Design, due within 15 days of Initial Visit. (15%). Delivery and Acceptance of Second Draft along with set of First Draft Elevations, due within 7 days from previous draft delivery. (25%). Delivery and Acceptance of complete set of Final Deliverables. Final Deliverables due within 30 days of Start Date. (Final 50%).
