Barn House Design and Rendering
Budget: $200 – $350 USD
This design is for an Small Event Barn with intern bedrooms on the Second Floor, it is a nonprofit educational farm.
The Barn will be used as a multifunctional space.
The first floor will have a community kitchen and lounge space for farm interns and guests.
The first floor will also have a large open space to accommodate up to 80-100 people for farm dinners/lunches a couple times a year.
The first floor will have a full bathroom for guests, farm interns and campers to shower, wash up or use the restroom. Shower and Toilet should have separate doors/separate rooms.
The second floor will have two intern large bedrooms and one shared bathroom.
The second floor will have a lounge/tv area with a kitchenette (fridge and microwave); they can use the community kitchen on the first floor for cooking.
The second floor will also have a balcony overlooking the farm.
The second floor will have a room for an office
The Barn should have the look and feel of a classic barn but also have the warmth of a home/event space so windows and glass are important to ensure the space is not dark. The first floor should be about 1200 square feet or so depending on the design, second floor would be slightly small to accommodate stairway, etc.
