Bare Land Landscape Design

I am seeking an experienced landscape designer for a small, under-construction residential project covering an area of 200-300 square meters. The intent is to transform this bare land into a beautiful and natural-feeling residential landscape.
Key requirements:
- The primary elements that need to be incorporated into the design are plants, shrubs and other low maintenance plants. The design must integrate these elements in a way that complements the overall look and feel of the residence.
- Experience in residential landscape design is a must. A keen aesthetic eye and an understanding of how to work with bare land are crucial to this project.
Overall, I am looking for a designer who can bring my project to life with their creativity and expertise but must also be someone who can find out what plants are available in Mauritius. Must bear in mind that the area will also be the home of 5 dogs.
So the person must be able to provide a detailed landscaping plan for the front and back yard and sides etc.
The bare land behind the house ends on a cliff of a valley. i am looking for something that provides a sense of discovery to the backgarden without being too high maintenance and without limiting the feeling of the large space behind. this is very important.
