Backyard Patio Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hello.
PROJECT PAY: Up to $100 for 3 design options and up to 3 modifications of selected design. Designs must include list of product and materials for me to implement under provided budget
ACCEPTANCE: Please provide a brief portfolio or where can view your work. I’m not asking for you to provide any efforts prior to acceptance. I just want to see what you’ve done before.
NOTE: I have never used Freelancer before, so please be patient if I am doing something incorrectly or not providing enough information.
DESCRIPTION: I would like several designs to turn our drab partially covered patio into a zen oasis. Design to include bill of material with part numbers to be within specified budget of up to $1750.
Porch is approximately 45’L x 8’W x 8’-1/2”H (ceiling/not soffit). There is electricity and water on one side of the porch. No speaker wire, but there are 3 existing ceiling fans. Concrete slab with stamped planks. This is a cosmetic design only with no MEP or structural rework. Fixtures can be changed out, but no cabling or piping will be moved or added. I will be purchasing and putting together everything, so please be mindful that these are not over complicated designs. ?
I want a place where I can lounge, listen to jazz and hang out with the hubby and our four legged children. Entertainment seating doesn’t need to be more than 4. Do not need a bar or outdoor kitchen area.
I am open to lighting, water features, propane fueled features, plants, paint, etc. I want a design that makes me not want to go back inside!
