3BHK home interiors rented house

We have a rented house 3 bhk , we would like to do a makeover of the house at reasonable budget in Mumbai India. The floor plan is attached, we would like to take service of a professional , experienced interior designer who can help in this makeover , being a rented house we do not wish to put lot of money in house specific hardware which we cannot take out if we leave the house.
