BAKERY TRADITIONAL MODERN

Hello! I need a layout for my business ',a lighting plan, and choices of materials and their cost. I am located in Quebec in Montreal. I have equipment that I have to install and I need some ideas for how to set up the store. The style needs to be modern with some flair of traditions. I am from Palestine and we will provide Arabs bakery products. I need countertops for the preparation of the dough and I was thinking of an island in the middle.I need counter to serve the people and some fridges that people need to have access.
