I'm seeking an experienced visual artist to create compelling visual renderings for a unique real estate project in Massachusetts. The development consists of 14 to 24 homes, complemented by a wedding venue and wellness center, complete with restaurant space. Could be done as a Video project or 3D -
Key Aspects:
- Architectural Style: The design should be 'artistic', pushing beyond conventional styles to create visually stunning and appealing renderings.
- Design Elements: All aspects of the project should be represented in the renderings. This includes exterior architecture, interior design, and landscaping/outdoor spaces. The inclusion of art, statues, and artistic furniture will be crucial in bringing the vision to life.
- Focus Areas: Special emphasis should be placed on common areas (e.g., lobby, restaurant), outdoor spaces (e.g., gardens, walkways) and private spaces (e.g., individual homes, wellness center).
