Artist impression for potential building development

I am looking to create an artist impression of a potential commercial building development. It will be located on a country estate and show the conversion of existing buildings into a retail and eatery courtyard style. The project should demonstrate a general idea of the proposed building, with room for suggestions and creative input from the artist. This project needs to meet a standard timeline of 1-4 weeks. I'm open to a variety of approaches and design elements, and am looking forward to seeing the end result. General pictures have been attached to provide a sense, but more detailed ones can be taken too and aerial plans and images shared.
