Architectural concept design for House-ADU-DADU

I am looking for an experienced architect to create a concept design for a contemporary ADU/DADU that will serve as a full living unit and be considered a condominium. The main purpose of the unit is for rental property, guest house, or home office. The ideal candidate will have experience in contemporary design styles and be able to work with a total square footage of more than 1000 sq ft. The design should be innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
