Architectural Plans for Triple-Story Townhouses

Hi, I need basic architectural plan drawings completed in black and white, with basic graphics and line work. A picture has been atached with rough layout guidelines, and also a list with layout guidelines written below. the 3 townhouses are to be built on the site of 78 burke road Malvern east. I need these drawings to be completed ASAP. I need 4 pages of drawings overall. The first page is the overall plot of land, with the three townhouses situated on it. the second is the ground floor layout. the third is the second storey layout. the 4th page is the third storey layout. here are layout guidelines. 3 x Triple-Storey Townhouses are proposed.
Each townhouse will include:
• 4 bedrooms
• Ground floor: double garage, one bedroom/study, and bathroom
• First floor: open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with balcony
• Second floor: three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite)
• Each dwelling to have private open space
Setbacks & Compliance:
• Front setback: 9m (in line with ResCode)
• Side setbacks: min. 1–2m per Clause 55
• Building height: under 11m
• Landscaping: minimum garden area met; provision for canopy trees
