Architectural Plans and Interior Design

I need an urgent care designed. i need both architectural plans, as well as interior and lighting design. attached is the space layout, and approximate room names and amounts i would need. i would need a small doctor's office in the space. i want the design to be modern. design of medical spaces and/or urgent cares are a huge plus! Time is of an essence, I need this done in 7 days, no more!
