Architectural Design for 6-Story Residential Building
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for an architect with contemporary design expertise to create alternative layouts for a 6-story, 18-unit residential building. Each floor to have 3 units. Units size and configuration should be similar.
Key Requirements:
- Each unit should be identical in size and layout.
- Every unit should feature:
- 2-3 bedrooms
- 1 main bathroom
- Possibly one master bedroom bathroom
- Guest WC
- Space for a small cabinet/storage room
- Area to accommodate washing machines
- Either an open or closed kitchen
- Clear height should be considered at 275cm.
- One main balcony in every unit, with the possibility of adding balconies in other locations
- Large living room windows
- Kitchen should be appropriately sized for daily cooking
- Layout should accommodate proper furniture sizing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contemporary residential architecture, with a portfolio demonstrating similar projects. Experience with designing for in-unit amenities such as balconies and in-unit laundry is a plus. Attention to detail and an understanding of space optimization is crucial for this project.
