We are seeking the best architectural design for a modern and innovative alpine house, located on a 90 m² lot, with the following layout:
• Built-up area: 60 m²
• Additional area for pool and garden: 30 m²
Design requirements:
• Contemporary alpine style, with clean lines and modern finishes.
• The house must have 2 floors.
• 1 comfortable bedroom (one can be a loft or open-plan, if desired).
• 1 full bathroom.
• Functional kitchen, either open or kitchenette-style.
• A welcoming and bright living room.
• Multifunctional spaces and intelligent use of space.
• Large windows to take advantage of natural light and ventilation.
• Possibility of including a terrace or balcony with views.
• Outdoor spaces: small pool or jacuzzi, garden, and green area.
• Incorporation of sustainable elements or eco-friendly technologies (optional, but appreciated).
Design Objective:
To create a small yet modern, efficient, cozy, and aesthetically appealing home, ideal for relaxing, enjoying a getaway, or as a vacation rental. Creativity, efficient use of space, and a harmonious design with the natural surroundings will be highly valued.
Submission Requirements:
• General architectural plan (floor plans, elevations, and sections).
• Renderings or 3D visualizations of the design (minimum 2 images).
• Brief descriptive report (maximum 500 words) explaining the design concept.
The support material for the house will be steel, the roof will be made of zinc sheets, and the interior of the house will be made of sheerok.
