Architect review of existing design of a 6 story building

I need a 3D model made of a 6-story building and its surrounding plot. I already have the architectural drawings for each floor and a site plan. I need the model to show two options—one with the building about 7400 SF (99'x74') and second 10k sf (135'x74'). The plot we are building on is 100x200 feet and we want to see how the space in front will look like if we leave 25 feet on the back of the property and equal space on either sides. See drawing.
