Architect/interior designer

A tiny 1930s garden flat needs gutting and re-configuring on a budget: new floors, new lighting & radiators, knock through & re-fit kitchen for open plan dining space, lounge/office space, refit/tile/configure bathroom and create cozy bed zone. I have a few pieces of 20th c furniture, plenty of textiles & crockery. Great project for someone with an eye for modernist aesthetics & creative solutions. The pictures are terrible but it give you an idea of the current state of the place.
