Architect for residence
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm looking for an experienced architect to design a new apartment in an urban area. The residence will have a contemporary feel, with a fresh and stylish design.
The project will require knowledge in urban development, as well as an eye for modern architecture. The ideal architect will be creative and be able to interpret the project brief accurately.
The successful candidate will be proficient in all stages of the residential design process - from conceptualisation and plan drafting, to the interior design and its related details such as furniture arrangement. The candidate must also be experienced in working with local regulations and building codes, and be able to provide advice on materials and site preparation.
The project will require great attention to detail, with an emphasis on quality work. The architect must be able to create a living space that reflects the client's vision and meets the highest standards of quality.
We need the existing 1900 sq ft. apartment to be designed into 2 separate flats as we want 1 flat for our parents and the other for us and our toddler.
The flats need separate entrances but should be interconnected. We would like an aesthetic design which is classic yet contemporary.
All the flower beds in the floor plan can be included in the usable space.
