One Presidential Suite . 100 Sqm . 3 Bedroom . Main bedroom very large . Large bathroom . Other bedrooms with ensuite . Lounge Room . Kitchenette and Bar . Separate compound with private pool.
Main Reception must be close to all rooms . Maybe arrange a Star pattern .
One restaurant attached to the Reception to accomodate 100 guests Two other restaurants, in the grounds able to accommodate 50 patrons each .
Separate Night club / Bar . Far away from the rooms able to accommodate 150 patrons .
