I'm planning to construct a four-floor building with studio apartments on a personal plot. The plot measures 79 feet by 59 feet, and I need an architect who can design and provide detailed drawings for this project.
Key Requirements:

- Each studio apartment should ideally fit within approximately 450 sft, inclusive of a living area, king bed area, kitchen/kitchenette, dish washer, washing machine, and a 50sft bathroom.
- Incorporate provisions for a staircase and a lift in the design.
