Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs for our modular homes that align with our mission of affordability, energy efficiency, and durability
- Produce clear, detailed construction documents and specifications
- Optimize designs for factory processes and swift on-site deployment
- Integrate ADA compliance and sustainable practices into all designs
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in modular housing design is a must
- Proficiency in creating detailed construction documents
- Strong collaborative skills, particularly in working with engineers
- Deep understanding of ADA compliance and modular adaptability
- Commitment to designing energy-efficient, durable homes
