Architect Needed for Modern duplex house
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I'm seeking a talented architect to design a modern home that's between 1000-2000 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms included in the plan. I'll also need a front elevation and the interior design mapped out.
Key Deliverables:
- Design a modern home plan that's functional and aesthetically pleasing.
- Stairs should be in hall
- Include 3 bedrooms (1 in ground floor, next 2 first floor) in the design.
- Provide a front elevation view.
- Map out the interior design of the house.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an architect, preferably with a portfolio that includes modern home designs.
- Expertise in creating residential designs, particularly homes ranging from 1000-2000 sq. ft.
- Strong understanding of interior design concepts.
- Proficient in creating front elevations.
- Ability to balance functionality and aesthetics in design.
