Appartment redecorating

Hi. We have a two bedroom apartment with one bathroom and an ensuite. We are expecting and want to make the second bedroom, currently used as an office, the baby's room, change the lounge room layout and change the bathroom and ensuite vanities and taps,.spouts etc.
