AI App for Smart Building Design

I am seeking a dedicated freelance developer who can build an AI app. The purpose of the app is to suggest building designs based on the input of the given land. Additionally, the app should be able to propose interior designs with the available room input.

The ideal freelancer for this project will have:
- Extensive experience in AI and machine learning
- Strong background in mobile and application development
- Exceptional design skills

Due to the lack of platform preference mentioned initially, the aggregator should be built to support all major platforms: iOS, Android, and Web.
