Apartment renewal in South of France
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I would like to have visuals for the renewal of an apartment that I am buying.
The project goal is to offer visuals (3d) to showcase the space reorganization along with furniture/style suggestion.
The entire apartment has a surface of 111m2 and a 70m2 terrace.
We do not plan to completely change the layout of the apartment (the different function of the rooms should stay the way they are). Remove some walls is still possible though.
We would like deliverables for the following parts of the apartment :
- the living room / open kitchen area
- the terrace (70m2)
- 2 bedrooms
- one office / bedroom
As input we will submit a mass plan of the apartment, pictures of the current state, information on the technical installation.
The deliverable should be technical and precise enough so it can be used during the execution of the project.
