Apartment Complex Design

I am looking for an experienced architect to design a medium-sized apartment complex with 14 - 21 units. The primary architectural style preference is modern. I am open to suggestions for specific facilities and amenities to be included in the design. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in modern architecture and be able to provide creative and innovative suggestions for the project.

I am looking for following deliverables for the project -
Typical Ground Floor Plan & Other Floor Plan, Site Plan, Sectional View A-A and B-B, Elevation View
3D Video, Apartment plan with Furniture.
