Advice with furniture placement - interior design

I am looking for someone fun and flexible, I would like to discuss furniture placement in my living room, room is 7x5m large and it already has set fireplace and TV on the wall, but I would like to focal point in the middle of the room, hence I really struggle to place the furniture, the room needs to have at least 3 functions. I would like to find fun person - interior designer with 5plus years of experience, who would join me for max 2 online chats and offer me 2-4 options max, explain the benefits, hopefully not spend more then 2 hours including the chats and designing - hence I would expect to pay aprox 100 Euro.
