AJYAL Villa Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Scope of work for AJYAL Villa:
We are seeking a skilled designer to create a modern and flexible conceptual design for a house on an attached lot (attachment 1). The designer should have experience in modern design elements and be able to incorporate them into the layout. The house will consist of 3 floors (ground, 1st and 2nd).
The ground shall have:
1. Services such as kitchen, foyer, laundry room, house maid room, pantry room, family living room, bath room, a guest room with bath room, dining room, study/office room, Guest council room
2. Elevator that accesses all floors
3. Parking lot garage that can fit several cars. Car entrance is only allowed to be from the back of the house (longest dimension along the 8 meters road)
4. Maximize the garden landscaping area and optimize building footprint
The first floor shall have:
1. Five bedrooms, one of which is a master with a walk-in closet and a desk space
2. Small Secondary living room with kitchen counter
The second floor (allowed to be built on half of the roof as a maximum) shall have:
1. Gym room, a bathroom, living room, and bedroom and storage room.
The design shall maximize entrance of natural light.
The designer should submit a floor plan with dimensions and colored designs, including suggested house fronts. A presentation for the client is required. Additionally, we require a render of each room day and night, exterior elevations day and night, and a 3D perspective day and night view.
We are open to discussing specific layout requirements but are looking for a designer with a fresh and modern perspective on the project.
As for specific requirements or features, we anre open to suggestions and would appreciate the expertise and creativity of the freelancer.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Strong background in architectural design and knowledge of modern styles
- Ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces
- Experience in designing villas or similar residential projects
- Proficiency in using architectural design software
- Strong communication skills to understand and incorporate client preferences while offering professional advice and suggestions.
