ADU Design & Plans remodeling an existing Shop for mixed use
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm seeking an experienced architect with a passion for modern design to create detailed architecture plans and designs for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) within an existing shop with bathroom. The unit has radiant floor heating and the pipes are on the wall where the entrance and bathroom will be so we need creative layout ideas for the entry way.
Key tasks are:
- Develop a comprehensive ADU layout, incorporating an independent living area. This includes a functional kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a full-sized bathroom.
- Incorporate modern design elements, aligning with rural aesthetics.
- Ensure the design is practical for the rural setting.
Ideal Candidate:
